Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
The provision of goods and services by The Olive Box is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, #Throne will contact you with options.
An order can be canceled if payment has not been received by The Olive Box. An order can be cancelled by the purchaser before the order is dispatched by The Olive Box.
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform The Olive Box or #Throne.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will then make arrangements to collect and replace the product alternatively we will process a complete refund of the damaged product.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the product that you received, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please state the reason for dissatisfaction and we will gladly refund you the value of the product.
If you receive the incorrect product contact The Olive Box or #Throne.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. If an error has occurred with our packing team, we will arrange for a collect and exchange and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
